We are committed to keeping you informed on the steps we have taken and will take to ensure our facility continues to run smoothly while maintaining the health of our clients and staff.
We understand the concern surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and we’re implementing practices to ensure your safety, such as good hygiene, proper sanitizing of equipment and office space, and symptom surveillance of staff members.
Even though we cannot predict the impact this crisis will have on our workflow, we will do our best to meet the demand you are accustomed to expecting from us. That said, please plan for delays in our work productivity if anything unforeseen may occur on the national, regional, or local landscape or abrupt internal changes to arise in our company.
Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about other solutions to address your ability to continue seeing patients, such as offering telehealth options. Please be aware that the "state of emergency" designation and insurance emergency policy on telehealth utilization is dynamic and changes frequency.
